As one of the leading business schools, GBSB is known for its emphasis on digitization and innovation. Commonly, it seizes different opportunities to raise awareness about this topic.
That said, GBSB always looks for talented and enthusiastic digital technology experts to bring value to such events and present valuable, educational, and fresh content.
Therefore, Ines accepted to be part of such a great initiative.
As a technology optimist and someone who has a great passion for digital technology trends, Ines’s presentation was about VR. It was titled “Using VR to enhance destination visibility in Crisis Times and beyond”.

However, Ines helped widen the attendees’ understanding and showcased how VR could be used in the tourism industry.
Ines shed light on various VR applications in Tourism and how they will change this field and become a serious competitive advantage.
As Ines emphasized, due to this sanitarian crisis, travel agencies and different shareholders in the tourism ecosystem should be leveraging VR to attract customers by showing off their services in a new digital and innovative experience.
